Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order from Soy Wax Village Ltd, but if there is an occasion where you need to return your item, our return and refund policies are stated below:
Undamaged Items:
You may return non-used items within 14 days of delivery for full refund.
Please contact us on soywaxvillage@gmail.com to arrange return and refund. Please note we do not refund delivery charges. We can not offer a refund or replacement of products that you have applied your own branding to.
We recommend you return your item via courier and in suitable packaging to avoid damage. Proof of postage will be required. The cost of return is borne by you.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Damaged & Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, or has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 48hrs of receipt, providing supporting images for all damages. Once we have received your request, we will either offer you a replacement item or refund. If you have requested a refund for a damaged item, please return the item within 7 days. Refunds will be processed when the item has been returned.
